De random albumcover Facebook hype

En dan nu even iets heel anders. Vanaf afgelopen woensdag kwamen we iets grappigs tegen op Facebook. Namelijk je eigen random albumcover. Al ben je zo a-muzikaal als de pest, niet creatief in het bedenken van titels of vaardig met grafische vormgeving, het maakt allemaal niets uit. Met behulp van Wikipedia, quotationspage, flickr.com en picnik.com maak je al vrij snel je eigen albumcover en dat lijdt tot de meest grappige, geniale of rondweg bizarre eindresultaten.

De kans is heel groot dat je het al als een virus hebt rond zien gaan op je facebook news feed. Een aantal Gamekings hebben ook hun eigen albumcovers gemaakt.

Wij zijn ook wel benieuwd of jullie al zelf aan de slag zijn gegaan? De instructies zijn als volgt:

1 – Go to wikipedia and hit random. The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 – Go to quotationspage.com and hit random. The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 – Go to flickr and click on “explore the last seven days”. Third picture no matter what ………it is, will be your album cover.
4 – Use photoshop or similar (picnik.com is a free online photo editor) to put it all together.
5 – Post it with this text in the “caption” and TAG the friends you want to join in.
