Prijsverlaging Wii bevestigd

Zowel de zwarte als de witte Wii gaat vanaf 20 mei nog maar 150 euro kosten. Dat heeft Nintendo vandaag bevestigd. Daarnaast is ook het gerucht van ‘Nintendo Selects’ de wereld uitgeholpen. Nintendo Selects zouden games zijn die nog geen twintig euro zouden kosten. Vanaf vijftien mei zijn de volgende titels vanaf die lage prijs beschikbaar: Wii Sports, WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Mario Strikers Charged Football and Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City. “From the day it launched, Wii has let players of all ages and experience levels have fun with one another”, zegt Nintendo of America-baas Reggie Fils-Aime. “The new suggested retail pricing for both the hardware and select games will help create more of these magical moments for even greater numbers of people.”
